  • We do have our own scripts to perform automated tasks like Spam finder and blocking, Bandwidth abusers, IP addresses management, CPU/Memory/IOwait monitoring, Disk Analysis, Backup Monitoring, Malware reporting through email, Auto-restoration of account from backup etc etc.
  • We do update and security patches the packages on the server from time to time when any new vulnerabilities are reported.
  • Our Level 1, Level 2 technicians will be actively working on unlimited tickets for your servers under this plan. You can have Level 3 as well but it will be an addon, for that you will need to purchase it separately.
  • We do perform security hardening on your server by upgrading the kernel, stopping unwanted services, catching suspected services/processes, installing malware-catching tools etc.
  • We support webhosting control panels like most popular cPanel and Plesk.
  • We guarantee 30 minutes initial response time and 4-hour resolution time on all tickets and issues.
  • We assist you on backup configuration whether it will be local or remote FTP/r1soft etc.
